Return Eligibility


Products may be returned if:

- Proof of purchase is provided.

Damaged or Defective Products


If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Process


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 Business Days


Exchanges


Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping Costs


- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
